Wenzhou Longyuan International Co., Ltd. was established in 1998. Our company is a company specializing in the research and development, production and sales of synthetic (artificial) leather fabrics. The company’s products are in more than a dozen categories such as clothing, footwear, bags, furniture, and stationery. The company has been deeply involved in the leather industry for more than 20 years, and its products are sold well in more than 30 countries and regions such as South America, the Middle East, and Southeast Asia. \nOur company’s PU leather is mainly made of polyurethane, which is made from the reaction of two compounds, isocyanate and polyol. Isocyanates are also divided into TDI (2,4-benzene diisocyanate) and MDI (4,4′-biphenyl diisocyanate); polyols are also divided into polyether type and polyester type. The two are mixed according to a certain proportion and undergo a high-speed stirring reaction to obtain PU material.
\nProduction of PU leather: Coating PU material on a textile or non-woven base material, and then embossing and printing, you can get PU leather of different styles and textures. In addition, you can also use surface coating to make PU leather.
